1. Line Editing / Proofreading: Our professional line editing service is priced at an affordable rate, which will depend on the scope of work. Our fee covers line editing, proofreading and ePub formatting. If your manuscript has been professionally edited, you can simply avail of our proofreading service to polish the manuscript.
2. Payment Structure: To secure a slot in our editor's schedule, we kindly request a non-refundable downpayment of 50%. Upon receiving the manuscript, we will determine the exact word count and adjust the balance accordingly. This balance will be due prior to us delivering the edited and formatted manuscript for your review.
3. Our Editing Process: Instead of just leaving comments and telling you what to improve, we take a hands-on approach. Our editors will directly edit your manuscript, making changes to improve your writing and refine the story. This is especially helpful for writers who need more support. However, before we begin, you can let us know what specific edits you need.
After editing, you’ll receive two files:
- A file showing all edits using Word's track changes.
- A clean, formatted file with all changes integrated.
4. Your Creative Control: We respect your creative vision. After you receive the edited file, you can review the changes and make any further adjustments to fit your style. When you're ready, send the manuscript back to us for final formatting.

Eeva does fantastic editing and proofreading for a reasonable price. I will be using her service many years to come. Editing is very important and I can't stress that enough.
